• Location Data: Continuous, precise device location, including when the app runs in the background.
• Geofencing Events: Automatic check-in and check-out triggers when entering/exiting approved work locations.
• SSO Identity: Limited profile from TCPL SSO (e.g., employee ID, name, email).
• Technical Logs: Device/app diagnostics for reliability and security.

3. Purpose of Use

• Track attendance and working hours for field employees.
• Perform automated check-in/check-out using geofencing rules.
• Provide attendance reports and dashboards to authorized TCPL administrators.
• Maintain, secure, and improve the app’s functionality.

No advertising or external marketing use.

4. Data Sharing

• Data is shared only with authorized TCPL administrators for internal HR/operations purposes.
• No sale or rental of personal data. Disclosure occurs only if required by law or under TCPL direction.

5. Storage & Security

• Data is stored in secure systems aligned with TCPL IT and information-security policies.
• Access is restricted by role-based controls.
• Transmission uses industry-standard encryption.
